About Our Caring Paws

Our Mission

At Our Caring Paws, my mission is to provide compassionate and reliable home based Veterinary Nursing services to my clients. I strive to improve their quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. Decreasing the number of trips to the Veterinarian, decreases the amount of stress, which increases the quality of life for many animals. * Client Veterinarian Approval is obtained before treatment.

Services: What I do

I offer a wide range of services for small  animals (cats, dogs, exotics) including skilled nursing, Massage therapy, post operative and routine/ personal care. I specialize in geriatric and palliative care.  Working with your veterinarian's prescribed treatment plan, I can help you  help your pet by administering subcutaneous fluids, monitoring vital signs, accurately recording and monitoring growths/lumps, watching for hydration status, administering medications and other treatments that might be difficult for pet parents at home. I'm trained to support you and your pets in your homes, with permission from  your Veterinarian. Prices are determined by the services rendered.

About Me

I'm  experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to my clients. Having been in Animal Care since 1997, I've been an a CVT/RVT since 2003,  a member of NAVTA, CACVT, and a former Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator, and hold a Certificate in Small Animal Massage from CuraCore Institute, Ft. Collins. I'm experienced in Emergency, Internal Medicine, General Practice, and Exotics. I'm also an artist. I have two human kids, several non-human kids. I've lived in the foothills since 2003 where I like to hike, read, attend the theatre and knit.
